MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote best practices as a Carer / Care Assistant in health and safety and security.
• Assist in maintaining and developing services.
• Contribute to quality improvement.
• Promote people’s equality, diversity and rights.
• Work autonomously with minimum supervision.
• Applying your experience and reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient case mixes.

Minimum of 3 months paid care work in the past 5 years

Healthcare Assistants/Carers IMMEDIATELY required in Cromer and the surrounding areas.

WE HAVE A TURNAROUND TIME OF 1 WEEK FROM YOUR REGISTRATION INTERVIEW TO BEING ABLE TO START IN SHIFT

We require HCA's/Carers with a minimum of three months full time care experience in a similar setting. We can refresh your training and apply for a new DBS, we will discuss this with you at the point of registration.
